Minutes away from historic downtown Annapolis, MD, Crosswinds is an upscale apartment community for young professionals managed by The Bozzuto Group. We helped to conceptualize the name as a nod to the region’s sailing culture and created a simple, sophisticated identity. The interiors by interior designer Patrick Sutton have a dynamic shift from a cool color palette on the lower floors to a warm tonal range on the upper residential levels, which we reflected in a material shift from black finishes and polished metal to warm wood tones for the interior sign family.
